Gillette Children's is partnering with CaringBridge to make it easy for family caregivers and patients to connect with their family and friends on a dedicated CaringBridge page and receive social, emotional, and tangible support.
CaringBridge offers tools to share health news at once, (reducing the overwhelming feeling of responding to text messages, emails and phone calls), simplifies care coordination, and connects family caregivers and patients to their community for support.
Caregiver Support
2/3 of CaringBridge caregivers receive a matched offer of support within 24 hours of their request.
Patient Support
CaringBridge provides a means for patients to receive emotional support (~40% of posts) and tangible support (25% of posts).
